Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare layout plans, detailed drawings, and elevations within defined timelines.
• Conduct site visits to take measurements, assess progress, and make necessary drawing revisions.
• Develop 3D visualizations of the proposed premises as per design concepts.
• Coordinate with vendors for design execution, materials, and on-site requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams including Projects, Procurement, and Operations to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Prepare and maintain BOQs (Bill of Quantities) for ongoing and upcoming sites.
• Ensure adherence to brand design guidelines and quality standards across all deliverables.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Proficiency in

  AutoCAD

  and

  SketchUp

  (mandatory).
• Working knowledge of

  MS Excel

  and

  PowerPoint

  for documentation and presentations.
• Strong sense of design detailing, spatial planning, and material selection.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple project timelines.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Experience:

• 2+ years of experience in Retail, F&B, or a Design Consultancy firm.
• Exposure to fit-out or interior design projects will be an added advantage.
