Design Architect

As an Architect at Toughcons Nirman Pvt. You are expected to have experience in working with Architects/PMC, knowledge of society redevelopment procedures, construction processes, and regulations. Key Responsibilities: - Planning & Designing in Auto Cad, preparing municipal drawings - Measuring flat areas from BMC approved plans & redrawing in Auto Cad - Preparing Project Reports/Feasibility Reports in collaboration with the architectural team/CEO/MD - Presenting Plans & feasibilities to Society/Clients - Reporting on project progress - Experience in Reading Property Documents/Land records in redevelopment - Basic Understanding of Legal Documents/Title Documents - Preparing & Finalizing Project Tender & BOQ Qualifications Required: - Architecture and Architectural Design skills - Project Management experience - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field - Knowledge of construction processes and regulations Additional Details: Toughcons Nirman Pvt.
