About the Role:

AVP/DVP – Portfolio Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage outbound dialer operations for

  outbound environment

  , ensuring efficiency, compliance, and high performance.
• Oversee large tele-calling teams and implement process improvements to drive results.
• Utilize data and analytics to track performance and optimize dialer strategies.
• Leverage emerging technologies, particularly

  AI and machine learning

  , to enhance dialing strategies, automation, and customer targeting.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align strategies with business goals and enhance productivity.
• Provide strategic direction on collections, telecalling operations, and outbound campaign management (where applicable).
• Stay updated on the latest tech innovations and assess their application in operational contexts.
• Travel across Delhi NCR and manage hubs in southern India as part of a pan-India leadership role.

Key Requirements:

• Experience:

  Minimum 10 years in outbound call center/dialer operations.
• Proven experience in leading large teams in dialer-driven environments.
• Strong understanding of dialer platforms, strategy design, and operational workflows.
• Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written.
• Sound knowledge of tech trends, including AI, ML, and automation.
• Prior experience in BPOs or fintech startups preferred.
• Flexibility to travel and manage geographically dispersed teams.

Preferred Background:

• Candidates from BPO or fintech sectors.
• Exposure to outbound collections, telecalling, or operations strategy. (CX experience not mandatory.)

Location & Mobility:

• Based in

  Gurgaon

  with frequent travel across

  Delhi NCR

  and

  southern India

  (Pan-India role).
