Job Description

As a member of Aon India Insurance Brokers Private Limited, a licensed composite insurance broker, your role is crucial in maintaining strong client relationships, addressing requirements promptly, and ensuring commitments are met with integrity. Working in collaboration with the existing team, you will be responsible for handling blocking issues, enhancing insurer relationships, and identifying growth opportunities within the Affinity and Motor business segments in India. Your key responsibilities include preparing and maintaining necessary MIS and presentations, developing Affinity programs for target clients, and working closely with sales teams to identify and cultivate new opportunities. By representing Aon Affinity and Motor to clients, fostering positive relationships through regular interactions, and ensuring timely fulfillment of client commitments, you will contribute significantly to the growth of the business. To excel in this role, you should possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in managing Affinity business, with knowledge of motor business being an added advantage. Your exemplary communication, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills, coupled with a strong marketing background, will be essential in driving the execution of business strategies and achieving the team's annual targets. As an individual who values professional behavior, teamwork, and accountability, you are open to feedback, promote partnership, and exhibit a visionary approach in your interactions. Your willingness to travel for business engagements, mentor team members, and participate in various promotional activities such as trade shows and marketing campaigns will be key in enhancing the image of products and services offered by Aon India. In this role, your postgraduate education or equivalent experience will serve as a foundation for your success.
