Job PurposeThis position is open with Bajaj Finance ltd.Culture Anchor:Have high ambitions - Inspires the team to aim for higher targets and supports in achieving themOwn It - Acknowledges uncertainty and makes changes in own decisions/ actions for better outcomes
Duties and Responsibilities

Disbursement processing on Finnone & Strong Knowledge of Lending module is must.

Knowledge of Cancellation & rebooking of loans will add advantage

Well versed with customer 360 as need to collect the customer history from customer history to analyze the exact issue of complaints.

Managing various request flows over mail & CRM portal for CDPL/EPL/SFPL.

Daily Monitoring of BTTP recon & Act upon clearance of Open Items by taking corrective actions.

Making follow up with internal stakeholders such Sales

Required Qualifications and ExperiencePractice Emotional Intelligence - Develops the team, supporting them to do moreListens to others, stays calm under pressure, and treats everyone with respect.
