Job Description

    Job Purpose
    The Business Analyst will play a pivotal role in driving digital transformation within the Finance function by leading initiatives across SharePoint portal development, Admin ERP enhancements, and AI use case implementation.
  • The role demands strong analytical skills, stakeholder management, and a deep understanding of finance processes and technology platforms.
  • Duties and Responsibilities
    SharePoint Portal Development
  • Collaborate with finance teams to gather requirements for SharePoint-based solutions.
  • Design and implement user-friendly portals for document management, workflow automation, and reporting.
  • Coordinate with IT and development teams to ensure timely delivery and testing.
  • Maintain and enhance existing SharePoint portals based on evolving business needs.

  • Admin ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning)
  • Act as a liaison between Finance and ERP technical teams to drive enhancements and resolve issues.
  • Document business requirements, process flows, and functional specifications.
  • Support ERP module implementations, upgrades, and integrations with other systems.
  • Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and training sessions for finance users.

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
