Job Description

The role demands strong analytical skills, stakeholder management, and a deep understanding of finance processes and technology platforms.
Duties and Responsibilities
SharePoint Portal Development
Collaborate with finance teams to gather requirements for SharePoint-based solutions.
Design and implement user-friendly portals for document management, workflow automation, and reporting.
Coordinate with IT and development teams to ensure timely delivery and testing.
Maintain and enhance existing SharePoint portals based on evolving business needs.

Admin ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning)
Act as a liaison between Finance and ERP technical teams to drive enhancements and resolve issues.
Document business requirements, process flows, and functional specifications.
Support ERP module implementations, upgrades, and integrations with other systems.
Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and training sessions for finance users.

AI Use Case Implementation
Identify and evaluate AI/ML opportunities within finance operations (e.
g.
, forecasting, anomaly detection, automation).
Work with data science and engineering teams to define problem statements and success metrics.
Facilitate data collection, model validation, and deployment of AI solutions.
Monitor performance and adoption of AI tools and recommend improvements.

Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
48 years of experience in business analysis within finance and technology domains.
Certifications in Business Analysis, SharePoint, ERP, or AI/ML are a plus.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong understanding of finance processes (AP, AR, GL, FP&A, etc.
)
Experience with SharePoint development and administration.
Familiarity with ERP systems (e.
g.
, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
Exposure to AI/ML concepts and tools (e.
g.
, Python, Power BI, Azure ML).
Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
