Finance Project Manager

A key member of the team that works closely on special projects related to India such as

business expansions and support the team with preparation of projections, financial models,

funding requirements etc., including related compliances.

Work with respective stakeholders from finance, compliance and auditors and enable financial

reporting of the company move from IGAAP to IND AS.

Works closely on system requirement study, work with corporate IT teams to migrate existing

ERP to Oracle

Manage the tax and compliance team and Oversee compliance on a routine basis including

TDS, GST, Customs (MOOWR regulation applicable), POSH, ASI data, FLA filings, ECB, SEZ

filings, Income tax and transfer pricing related (segmentation inclusive) and report to the board

twice a year.

Requirements

Candidate to preferably be from Internal audit background (and/or) project management

background (and / or) Big four consulting experience on Ind AS with experience gained from

working in a systematic organized environment bringing to the table industry best practices.

He / She should be Self-motivated and flexible and shall possess excellent leadership and

English communication skills with experience in collaborating with a high-performance team.

End user knowledge of advanced ERP and good logical understanding of ERP systems

functionality.

Strong time management habits. Good analytical and strategic planning skills along with

experience with financial reporting and analysis.

Strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures and extensive knowledge of

financial regulations, reporting, and compliance.
