Job Purpose:

To manage end-to-end financial activities related to real estate projects including fund raising, banking, project finance, financial modeling, feasibility analysis, and investor relations. Ensure compliance, timely availability of funds, and effective utilization of financial resources for smooth execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Funding & Banking Relations

• Prepare and submit project funding proposals to banks / financial institutions.
• Liaise with banks, NBFCs, private equity firms, and investors for debt and equity funding.
• Manage loan documentation, sanctions, disbursement, and compliance requirements.
• Negotiate terms & conditions for fund raising (interest rates, repayment schedules, covenants).

2.Financial Planning & Analysis

• Prepare detailed project feasibility reports and financial models.
• Conduct sensitivity analysis, cash flow forecasting, and ROI/IRR calculations.
• Monitor project budgets, fund flow statements, and working capital requirements.
• Track utilization of funds and ensure timely repayment of loans.

3.Documentation & Compliance

• Draft, review, and maintain financial documents, loan agreements, mortgage deeds, etc.
• Ensure compliance with banking norms, RERA, company law, taxation, and audit requirements.
• Coordinate with legal, secretarial, and compliance teams for due diligence and statutory approvals.
