Responsibilities: Data Extraction & Transformation: Extract, clean, and transform data from various sources using SQL queries to ensure data accuracy and consistency. Data Analysis: Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies, and provide meaningful interpretations. Dashboard Development: Design, develop, and maintain interactive and insightful dashboards and reports using Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics. Reporting & Presentation: Prepare and deliver clear, concise, and compelling reports and presentations to stakeholders, effectively communicating complex data findings. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business users to understand their data requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Data Quality & Governance: Contribute to maintaining data quality, integrity, and governance standards. Problem Solving: Proactively identify data-related issues and propose effective solutions. Qualifications . Expertise in Power BI: Proven experience in developing and publishing interactive dashboards, reports, and datasets in Power BI. . Proficiency in SQL: Strong ability to write complex SQL queries for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis. Understanding of .NET Framework: Familiarity with the .NET framework, C#, or ASP.NET will be considered a significant plus, particularly for roles involving data integration with existing applications or custom tool development. This role will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable business solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform—including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in low-code development and a passion for solving business challenges through automation and data-driven applications. Key Responsibilities Design and develop custom business applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven). Automate workflows and integrate systems using Power Automate . Build and manage data models using Dataverse , SharePoint , or SQL . Create dashboards and reports using Power BI to support business insights. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Maintain and enhance existing Power Platform solutions. Ensure application security, performance, and compliance with governance policies. Document application architecture, configurations, and user guides. Provide support and training to end-users and business teams. Required Skills & Qualifications 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI). Proficiency in Canvas and Model-Driven Apps . Experience with Dataverse , SharePoint , and Microsoft 365 integration . Familiarity with Power Fx , JSON , DAX , and REST APIs. Strong understanding of data modeling , security roles , and solution lifecycle management . Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects. Experience with Power query Preferred Qualifications Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL-100 , PL-400 , PL-600 ). PL-100: Design and build apps using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven). PL-400: Design, develop, secure, and troubleshoot Power Platform solutions PL-600: Envision and analyze business needs. Architect and design scalable, secure, and integrated Power Platform solutions. Experience with Azure Logic Apps , custom connectors , or Power Virtual Agents . Background in traditional software development (.NET, JavaScript, SQL) is a plus. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
