Job Description

We are currently seeking a proactive and results-driven individual to join our sales team and

play a crucial role in achieving our sales targets.


The Deputy Manager will be responsible for the following key roles and responsibilities: 

1. Target Achievement and Revenue Growth: Deputy Manager will be responsible for 

achieving Month-Over-Month (MOM) sales targets by actively calling leads and skillfully 

scheduling 1:1 meetings to drive revenue growth for the company. He will strategize and 

implement effective sales plans to meet and exceed the set objectives. 

2. Active User Engagement and Needs Assessment: Deputy Manager will proactively 

engage with all active users, understanding their needs, pain points, and requirements. By 

conducting thorough needs assessments, they will be able to offer personalized and 

effective solutions. 

3. Audio-Video Product Demonstrations: Deputy Manager will be in charge of arranging and 

conducting product demonstrations on Zoom or similar platforms. These presentations will 

showcase the product's features and benefits, helping potential clients understand its value. 

4. Key Result Area (KRA) Achievement: The role requires Deputy Manager to meet Key 

Result Area (KRA) targets, which include daily dialing quotas, successful connects with 

potential clients, scheduling meetings, conducting product demonstrations, and adhering to 

metrics such as Average Handling Time (AHT) and Average Talk Time (ATT). 


Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

1. 3-4 years of proven experience in sales or in the UG Study Abroad field, with a track 

record of meeting or exceeding targets. 

2. Educational background in Technology (Tech) and Management, such as Engineering 

and/or a Management degree (MBA), is preferred. 

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong 

relationships with clients. 

4. Self-motivated, driven, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively 

within a team. 

5. Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines 

effectively. 

6. Familiarity with sales CRM software and other relevant tools is a plus.
