Key Responsibilities

Sales Leadership & Strategy

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets for secured business loans (e.g., Micro LAP).
Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals to drive business growth.
Monitor and report on sales performance and targets.

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

Identify and target potential clients for business loans through channel partners and open market sourcing.
Build, retain, and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners to generate business.
