Job Description

As Manager / Sr. Manager / Deputy General Manager, your role will involve achieving sales targets for the allotted region. This includes maintaining growth in existing business, generating new business from current customers, and acquiring new customers. Your responsibilities will also include bringing new products for development and establishing close involvement with utilities, electrical consultants, and EPC for product approvals. In addition, you will be responsible for negotiation, planning, and coordination with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of projects. Monitoring customer portfolios, maintaining relationships through continuous communication, preparing monthly MIS reports, conducting sales meetings, and participating in exhibitions, seminars, and conclaves will be part of your key responsibilities. Your focus will be on Distribution transformers including Cast Resin, VPI, Oil cooled, IDT, and Power Transformer. You will be handling neighbouring states to ensure the growth and success of the business in the region. Qualifications: - B-Tech or MBA Experience: - 8 to 10 years of relevant experience,
