Job Description

Job Role: Deputy Plant Manager

Location: Shrirampur, Maharasthra

Roles and Responsibilites:

Optimize the process to boost productivity.
Lead and help with Six Sigma, Lean, etc. continuous improvement efforts.
Implement best practices and creative ways to improve plant operations.
Maintain compliance with federal, state, and municipal food, environmental, and workplace safety laws.
Frequent safety checks and training promote workplace safety.
Address non-compliance immediately.
Manage inventories to ensure packaging and raw material supplies.
Coordinate with logistics and procurement to provide materials quickly and cheaply.
Manage contractor and supplier relationships.
Develop and manage the plant's budget.
Monitor manufacturing costs and minimize costs whenever possible.
Use operational and financial data to decide.
Report operational performance, quality, and production regularly.
Inform upper management of findings.
Improve plant performance using data insights.
