Job Description

We are a full-service FinTech startup working to re-engineer the credit business in India using Data Science and Technology:

  • Our core approach involves the development of frictionless customer journeys through automation and digitization of workflows as well as enablement of automatic evidence-based decision-making through large-scale implementation of next-generation machine learning models across the entire lending value chain.
  • We are extremely well-funded (largest Series A funding round of >1,000 INR crores in India) to achieve our aim of building a business that can rapidly serve the diverse funding / liquidity needs of salaried individuals, self-employed professionals, and small and medium sized enterprises.

  • Leadership Team with 150+ years of experience with deep India and global exposure in Financial Services, Risk & Technology

Risk Management:

  • Identify, assess, and underwrite risks across loan products.
  • Implement and identify risk mitigation strategies.
  • Overview credit underwriting across multiple financial products


Portfolio Management:

  • Manage a diverse portfolio of financial assets.
  • Implement asset allocation and diversification strategies.
  • Evaluate and optimize portfolio performance.


Credit Risk Policy:

  • Establish and enforce credit risk policies and guidelines.
  • Develop and maintain credit assessment criteria and scoring models.
  • Participate in the loan approval process and implement risk mitigation strategies.


Analytics:

  • Utilize data analysis and statistical techniques to gain insights.
  • Develop and implement business intelligence solutions.
  • Provide actionable recommendations based on analytical findings.


Product Management:

  • Contribute to the development and launch of new financial products.
  • Conduct market research to inform product positioning and pricing.
  • Implement strategies for ongoing product improvement.


Requirements:

  • Chartered Accountant with at least one year of post-qualification experience.
  • Freshers with Big 4 experience or outstanding academic achievements are encouraged to apply.
