Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Manager to lead our Rural Term Loan team in Emerging Markets. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in the banking or financial services industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee the rural term loan portfolio, ensuring timely disbursement and recovery.
Develop and implement strategies to increase business growth and customer acquisition.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including farmers, traders, and village leaders.
Conduct field visits to monitor loan performance and provide coaching to loan officers.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for expansion.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement product innovations.

Job Requirements
