Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Lead the Quality Assurance team to achieve high-quality services.
  • Conduct regular call audits, root cause analysis, and quality monitoring to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement effective quality control processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues related to call quality, customer satisfaction, and process improvements.
  • Implement Six Sigma Quality methodologies to enhance efficiency.
  • Manage teams effectively to achieve organizational goals.

Job Requirements :

  • Strong knowledge of QC tools like 7QC, Six Sigma Quality methodologies, RCA, and Ishikawa Diagram.
  • Excellent team management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in Call Monitoring, Call Quality, and Stakeholder Management is required.
  • A strong understanding of Root Cause Analysis and Quality Management principles is essential.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
