Communication with Supplier for Order confirmation
Vehicle Placement, follow up & Tracking until it reaches its final destination
Arranging COA & Other regulatory documents
Vendor Development. Sample arrangement for NPD.
Payment follow ups & Status updation
Prepare and circulate procurement MIS reports, highlighting cost trends, supplier performance.
Maintain daily price trackers for key raw materials and commodities.
Collect and analyze market intelligence reports on commodity price trends to support strategic sourcing decisions.
Physical Vendor Evaluation & Audit to ensure compliance and capability
Coordinate with QA and other departments for corrective actions and vendor improvements.
Crop Analysis, Market Survey & Field Visit
Technical Skills
Proficiency in SAP (MM Module) and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.)
Understanding of procurement processes, inventory control, and basic logistics.
Familiarity with COA, vendor audits, and regulatory documentation.
Soft Skills
Analytical and detail-oriented approach.
Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines.
