Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Check availability of part numbers in ERP; create new part numbers as required.
  • Ensure all materials listed in the aircraft check package are available as per the preload list.
  • Raise purchase requests for IRC materials and follow up to avoid maintenance delays.
  • Regularly update IRC material status to customers and internal maintenance teams.
  • Carry out material forecasting for upcoming maintenance activities.
  • Support hangar slot planning to ensure smooth maintenance flow.
  • Manage inventory of consumables, expendables, and rotables.
  • Execute timely reordering actions to maintain optimum stock levels.
  • Lead and guide a planning team & staff members

Key Skills

  • Strong knowledge of aviation MRO material planning
  • ERP systems proficiency (SAP/AMOS/RAMCO or similar)
  • Inventory & procurement management
  • Material forecasting
  • Aircraft parts identification & documentation
  • Coordination with maintenance, logistics, purchase & stores
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
