Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Assist in developing & executing marketing strategies for luxury & aspirational residential projects.
  • Coordinate & manage brand campaigns across offline marketing mediums as per the brand guidelines.
  • Curate high-quality marketing collaterals (Brochures, presentations, lifestyle films, luxury campaigns).
  • Conduct market research to track consumer insights, lifestyle trends & competitor bench marketing in luxury real estate.
  • Manage & collaborate with creative agencies , production houses & premium event partners.
  • Drive cross - functional alignment with Sales , Design & CRM teams for seamless customer experiences.
  • Plan & Manage luxury customer engagement events, influencer collaborations & PR initiatives.
  • Monitor & analyze marketing performance metrics to ensure consistency & aspirational positioning.
  • Support budget management with a focus on ROI & premium impact.
  • Stay updated on global luxury branding trends & adopt innovative practices.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Preferred exposure in Luxury Real Estate or Aspirational lifestyle brands.
