Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Management:

• Collect inputs from category and other stakeholders and maintain accurate input sheets.

• Coordinate with design for creative requirements and with content for uploads and publishing.

• QC all placements after go-live, flag issues and drive quick resolution.

• Share concise performance updates post launch.

Merchandising & Planning:

• Build quarterly onsite calendars aligned with the overall event plan.

• Capture written briefs and outcomes of discussions to avoid miscommunication.

• Ensure smooth workflow and manage dependencies across teams.

Analysis &Reporting:

• Manage basic data analysis and maintain campaign trackers.

• Benchmark competition apps for major events and share key learnings.

• Summarize insights from customer research for important campaigns.

Stakeholder Coordination:

• Track progress, send reminders and keep everyone aligned through clear communication.

• Address day-to-day challenges and maintain process discipline.

What You Bring

• 2-3 years of experience in onsite merchandising, campaign execution or related roles.

• Strong coordination and communication skills. A process-driven mindset with a strong sense of ownership.

• Ability to work with multiple teams and manage several timelines.

• Good Excel skills and comfort with data.
