Outdoor Goats. Clothing and gear no matter what your Outdoor is! Why this role exists To build clarity, trust, and more connection with the people who depend on us when they step into the wild. As our Marketing Executive, you’ll help shape the stories we tell, the moments we create, and the brand experiences that attract customers, athletes, investors, and partners. Your work will help us become the most trusted outdoor brand built in India.  Key Responsibilities Brand & Content • Plan, execute, and optimise content across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and our newsletter • Convert product features into emotionally resonant copy that builds trust • Write captions, ads, emailers, landing pages with Outdoor Goats’ brand voice • Partner with creators, athletes, and customers to produce authentic, field-tested stories Performance Marketing • Support paid ads on Meta, Google, and influencer platforms • Analyse campaigns and build weekly insights reports • Recommend optimisations for CPC, ROAS, audience quality, and creative fatigue Community & Customer Love • Understand what outdoor athletes and beginners search for, fear, or desire • Use those insights to build content that reduces anxiety and inspires action • Manage DMs & comments with a calm, grounded, empathetic tone Creative Production • Brief designers and photographers • Help create reels, product demos, athlete features, and storytelling videos • Maintain a clean, cohesive visual identity • Coordinate product shoots with athletes, models, and creators Growth Ops • Support influencer onboarding and campaign tracking • Help optimise website listings, SEO keywords, and product storytelling • Bring fresh ideas for launches, events, communities, and collabs You’ll thrive here if: • You think like a creator, write like a storyteller, and analyse like a marketer • You’re obsessed with the outdoors • You love clean, honest communication • You enjoy working in a fast-moving startup • You can take a product → understand it → turn it into demand • Calm, clear, grounded energy is your default • You love systems, SOPs, and execution excellence Requirements • 1–3 years experience in marketing, content, or growth • Strong writing skills (this matters most!) • Comfortable with Meta ads, Google ads, and analytics dashboards • Fluent in creative planning and execution • Ability to multitask across performance + brand + content • Bonus points: D2C/sports/outdoors experience • Extra bonus: personally active in any outdoor sport What you’ll get • A chance to help build one of India’s first purpose-led outdoor brands • A role that stretches your creativity and strategic thinking • A team that values slowness, honesty, and nervous-system-safe culture • Real ownership where your ideas shape the brand • Gear testing opportunities
