Marketing Associate

Role & responsibilities

• Plan and execute

  Neighbourhood Marketing activities

  as per monthly calendar.
• Conduct

  doctor visits, clinic visits, corporate visits

  , and maintain strong professional relationships.
• Identify potential areas/locations for outreach and build a local network.
  
• Coordinate for

  camps, awareness drives, health talks, and community engagement events

  .
• Track and report daily field activities and submit MIS reports on time.
  
• Support brand promotional campaigns and ensure proper visibility of marketing materials.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of all activities.
  
• Meet monthly targets related to visits, conversions, and footfall.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in Marketing preferred).
  
• 1-5 years of experience in field marketing, neighbourhood marketing, or healthcare marketing (preferred).
  
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  
• Strong networking ability and field activity execution skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
