Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Assist in planning, logistics, and on-site coordination for APAC events, conferences, and webinars
Manage vendor communication, event registrations, attendee engagement, and post-event follow-up
Support regional marketing campaigns across email, social media, and content updates
Help create and update marketing and event collateral in collaboration with internal teams
Track marketing activities, maintain calendars, and support budget and vendor management

Ideal Candidate

3 years of experience in marketing or event coordination
Familiarity with marketing tools (email platforms, social media schedulers, MS Office/Google Workspace); Salesforce & Eloqua are a plus
