We are hiring a Field Marketing Executive from the facility management industry to expand our client base and manage field operations. 📝 Key Responsibilities: Identify and approach potential clients requiring facility management manpower (housekeeping, security, support staff, etc.) Conduct B2B marketing visits to promote company services Build and maintain relationships with corporate offices, industries, residential societies & commercial establishments Understand client requirements and coordinate manpower deployment Prepare and present service proposals for facility management solutions Maintain field reports, follow-ups, and daily activity logs Support business development activities and meet sales targets Act as the key point of contact for clients for service updates ⭐ Required Skills: Good Communication Skills Strong Convincing Ability B2B Marketing & Sales Field Marketing Facility Management System Knowledge Market Awareness & Client Handling Verbal Communication (Basic English) Ability to work independently in the field 👤 Candidate Requirements: Age: 22 – 40 years Gender: Both genders allowed Education: Diploma English: Basic English Experience: Minimum 1 year (Facility management industry preferred) Assets Needed: Two-wheeler Vehicle Two-Wheeler Driving License 💰 Salary & Benefits: Fixed Salary: ₹24,000 – ₹70,000 Incentives: Up to ₹79,000 Perks: Annual Bonus PF ESI (ESIC) Health Insurance 📞 Contact: S.
