Deputy Manager – Marketing and Branding

Job Overview

The Deputy Manager – Marketing & Branding will be responsible for revamping the organisation's communication framework to enhance consistency and operational efficiency. This role will drive the optimization of internal and external communication channels, ensuring alignment with corporate branding and strategic objectives.

Duties & Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies to strengthen and maintain a positive brand image.

Streamline internal and external processes to enhance efficiency and optimize operational costs.

Upgrade communication channels to align seamlessly with corporate brand guidelines and ensure strict adherence.

Oversee the development, enhancement, and maintenance of internal marketing tools and resources.

Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, external stakeholders, and partners to identify and fulfill marketing needs.

Manage the end-to-end production and distribution of marketing materials across print and digital platforms.

Craft, review, and refine marketing copy while coordinating with designers and printers to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality.

Analyze marketing campaign performance, optimize strategies, and manage allocated budgets effectively.

Ensure all deliverables uphold VFS Global’s quality standards and comply with industry regulations (ISO 9001, 27001, 14001, etc.).

Environment, Social & Governance

Promote judicious use of natural resources.

Adhere to the organisation's environment, health, and safety policies, objectives, and guidelines.

Anti Bribery Management Systems (ABMS)

Follow the ABMS roles and responsibilities details as prescribed on the ABMS manual.

a. Understanding of ethical standards and the importance of integrity in business practices.

Education

Postgraduate / Graduate or global equivalent, master’s degree in marketing or related field.

Experience

3-5 years of demonstrated experience in marketing and branding management, specifically within the tourism industry.
