Job Description

1.

Ensure maintenance and updating of HR MIS.
Coordination with Payroll Consultant and corporate for MIS/Salary Processing.

2. Responsible for the Full & Final Settlements

Initiate the process of Full & Final for the absenteeism cases.
To prepare the Full & Finals of all designees. (On Rolls, Retainers, and Transfer Cases.)
Follow up with the external agencies for the final pay slip and IT Statement.

3. Act as an integral part in the Full & Final Recovery.

To issue Notices to the defaulters for the recovery of Full & Final settlement.
Take necessary approvals for the waiver for special cases and clear the outstanding.

Desired Candidate Profile

5-10 years of experience in Payroll Compliances
MBA/PGDM degree in HR/Industrial Relations or equivalent qualification.
Strong understanding of HR analytics, reporting tools , auditing principles (internal & external).
