Role & responsibilities

The role involves developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, handling labour disputes, and ensuring compliance with labour laws.

Preferred candidate profile

Postgraduate in IR & HR or MSW (HR Specialization).

Strong understanding of labour laws and statutory compliance.
Skilled in communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution.
Proven leadership with the ability to foster positive employee relations.
Fluent in Telugu and English; Hindi knowledge is an added advantage.
