Job Description

Urgent Required HR Executive in manufacturing Company-MNC, located at Loniknd Pune.

Required Qualification: MBA- HR/ MPM/MSW

Required Experience: 0 to 3 Yrs.

Role & responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding:

Assist in posting job ads, screening applications, and scheduling interviews.
Help with the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing documents and conducting orientations.

Employee Record Management:

Maintain and update employee records and files accurately.
Ensure proper documentation and data entry into HR systems.

HR Administration & Compliance:

Support payroll processing and manage employee claims.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.

Training & Development:

Help coordinate training sessions and identify training needs.
Maintain records of employee training activities.

Employee Engagement & Relations:

Support initiatives to improve employee engagement and maintain a positive workplace culture.
Assist in organizing HR-related activities and events.

Policy Implementation:

Help communicate HR policies and procedures to employees.
Monitor policy adherence across the organization.
