Internship Description

We are offering an opportunity for students and fresh graduates to join us as HR Interns. This internship will provide hands-on experience in various areas of Human Resource Management including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR operations, and learning & development.

As an HR Intern, you will work closely with the HR team to understand real-world HR practices, assist in day-to-day activities, and contribute to ongoing projects. This is a valuable learning opportunity for candidates who wish to build a career in Human Resources and get exposure to the functioning of HR in a leading bank.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the HR team in recruitment activities such as sourcing resumes, scheduling interviews, and candidate coordination.
• Assist in onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.
• Help organize employee engagement activities and HR events.
• Contribute to HR operations like preparing reports, updating HR databases, and handling documentation.
• Support learning & development initiatives and training programs.
• Coordinate with employees and provide assistance for HR-related queries.
• Work on live projects as assigned by the HR team.
