Internship Description

We are offering an opportunity for students and fresh graduates to join us as HR Interns. This internship will provide hands-on experience in various areas of Human Resource Management including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR operations, and learning & development.

As an HR Intern, you will work closely with the HR team to understand real-world HR practices, assist in day-to-day activities, and contribute to ongoing projects. This is a valuable learning opportunity for candidates who wish to build a career in Human Resources and get exposure to the functioning of HR in a leading bank.

Key Responsibilities

Support the HR team in recruitment activities such as sourcing resumes, scheduling interviews, and candidate coordination.
Assist in onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.
Help organize employee engagement activities and HR events.
Contribute to HR operations like preparing reports, updating HR databases, and handling documentation.
Support learning & development initiatives and training programs.
Coordinate with employees and provide assistance for HR-related queries.
Work on live projects as assigned by the HR team.
