Deputy Manager Human Resources

Role Overview: You will be responsible for liaising with finance to ensure accurate disbursement of salaries and managing HR operations including employee onboarding, documentation, ID creation, and HRIS updates. Additionally, you will oversee employee exits, asset clearance, and documentation, maintain HR databases, reports, and trackers, and manage employee records in compliance with company policies and statutory regulations. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure accurate disbursement of salaries by liaising with finance. - Manage employee onboarding, documentation, ID creation, and HRIS updates. - Oversee employee exits, asset clearance, and documentation. - Maintain and update HR databases, reports, and trackers. - Manage employee records in line with company policies and statutory regulations. - Ensure adherence to all legal and statutory requirements under Indian labor laws. - Prepare data and reports for internal and external audits (PF, ESIC, gratuity, etc.). - Maintain updated knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws. - Streamline HR operational processes to improve efficiency and employee experience. - Implement or upgrade HRIS systems and train teams on HR tools as needed. - Support internal communications and HR helpdesk for operations. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors or Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. - Proficiency in HRMS/HRIS tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Zoho People, Darwinbox). - Excellent Excel skills and experience in data management/reporting. - Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
