• To plan, execute and monitor all functions of ERDA–North, Gurugram Laboratory to carry-out testing and evaluation of ERDA-North (CRGO, Energy Meter, CTPT, Transformer Oil, Transformer at Site and Electro-technical Calibration).

Experience

( Minimum 14 years to Maximum 22 years)

• Coordination with ERDA-HO for all activities of section. Coordination with all support function sections like, Purchase, Administrations, HR, BD, Civil, IT, CRM for required activities related to ERDA-North.
• Planning, Manage, Supervision of testing, Calibration and other day to day activities.
• Planning and preparation of annual revenue and capital budget in consultation with HOS.
• Identify new tests requirements, Planning and development of new test facilities based on requirements.
• Project planning and Resource planning based on requirements.
• Planning and manage all requirements of ISO/IEC: 17025-2017.
  

• To achieve annual revenue and capital budget decided by Management.
• Improvement in Cycle Time, Customer Satisfaction Index.
• Development of new test facilities, new projects.
• Improvement of productivity.
  

Skills

• Knowledge of Testing requirement as per relevent standards for electrical products CRGO, Energy Meter, CTPT, Transformer Oil, Transformer at Site and Electro-technical Calibration etc.
• Knowledge of requirement of ISO /IEC: 17025 -2017.
• Skill for interpretation of National and International standards.

• Able to prepare reports/project proposal in MS. Office (Word, Excel, PPT etc. in latest versions).
