Job Responsibilities

• Trained laboratory staff and conducted technical training on footwear and leather testing in accordance with global standards (DIN, ASTM, SATRA, EN ISO), as well as BIS, CE, and leading international brand requirements such as Next, A&F, Chicos, Monoprix, BATA, etc.
• Managed laboratory resources and daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow and optimal utilization of equipment and manpower.
• Resolved technical queries through detailed root cause analysis while maintaining full compliance with ISO/IEC 17025:2017.
• Ensured accurate and timely delivery of test reports, adherence to TAT/PCD targets, and contributed to overall business growth.
• Implemented cost-effective measures, ensured audit readiness, and promoted best laboratory practices across the team.
• Effectively handled internal and external technical queries and customer complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction and timely closure of issues.
• Supported business retention and expansion by identifying potential clients and offering customized laboratory testing solutions.
• Supervised daily laboratory activities, including report preparation, data verification, and alignment with applicant/buyer-specific formats.
• Reviewed, verified, and authorized test reports to Clients/Buyers.
• Identify and engaged with potential customers to strengthen business stability and revenue growth.
• Executed additional responsibilities assigned by management.
• Provide customers with comprehensive technical assistance and guidance.
• Drive 10X Quality improvement initiative to achieve Zero Errors.
