a. Should have minimum 05 years of experience in manpower recruitments & HR operations
b. Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
c. Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs
d. Develop and maintain talent pipelines for critical roles
e. Oversee job postings, candidate communications, and interview scheduling
f. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
g. Ability to design and execute hiring plans
h. Supervise onboarding and offboarding processes
i. Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
j. Administer HR documentation including contracts, letters, and policy updates
k. Support payroll and benefits administration in coordination with finance
l. Ensure compliance with labour laws and internal HR policies
m. Use data to improve HR processes and decisions
n. Strong understanding of HRIS systems and MS Office Suite
o. Prepare HR reports and analytics for leadership review
p. Handle employee grievances and support conflict resolution
