This role involves managing sales, operations, team performance, compliance, and partner coordination to drive business growth across POS and CBSF channels. Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage a team of NFTEs including hiring, training, and performance evaluation Coordinate with the Workforce Enablement (WE) team for staffing and placement based on skill requirements Ensure compliance of PSA sites with internal audit standards Expand and manage open market distribution points and co-branded partnerships Monitor competitor activities and adjust sourcing strategies accordingly Drive customer acquisition through field and tele sales channels Manage DSA/LG partners and scale cost-effective models Improve digital adoption (eKYC, VKYC, Perfois) for smoother application processes Enhance application TATs, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction Maintain sales funnel hygiene and reduce early card attrition Conduct field visits and one-on-one sessions to build team engagement Ensure alignment with COA targets, compliance norms, and organizational policies Success MetricsAchievement of MOU goals and COA targets Number of new and premium accounts sourced Digital sourcing volume and lead conversion rates Cross-sell of insurance products Reduction in 4 MOB attrition % VOC (Voice of Customer) from partners and stakeholders Timely complaint resolution and SLA adherence Audit and PSA compliance QualificationsGraduate or Postgraduate from a recognized institute (preferred) Preferred Industry BackgroundBFSI (Banking/Finance) Telecom FMCG, Consumer Durables Any Retail Sales domain Critical CompetenciesStrong Sales & Distribution Management Effective Team Leadership and People Management Relationship Building with Partners and Stakeholders Analytical Thinking and Problem Solving Process Orientation and Compliance Focus Ready to lead with purpose?
