This role involves overseeing operations, driving performance, maintaining compliance, and ensuring excellent customer acquisition outcomes. Key ResponsibilitiesLead a team of NFTEs (RMs, TLs, REs, and operations staff) across POS and tele-sales setups Coordinate with the Workforce Enablement (WE) function for hiring, training, and deployment of team members Manage PSA (Point of Sale Agent) sites in compliance with internal audit standards Oversee open-market distribution points and co-branded tie-ups for cost-effective delivery Track competitor strategies and open new distribution points accordingly Optimize team deployment across the region to align with customer acquisition goals Manage and scale DSA/LG channel partners profitably Ensure sourcing mix focuses on new-to-business customer acquisition and spend growth Promote digital enablers like eKYC, VKYC, and Perfois for seamless customer onboarding Ensure backend processing control and high application conversion rates Reduce application processing TAT and enable faster card issuance Monitor early attrition rates and maintain them within desired levels Manage tele-sales campaigns for improved connect and conversion rates Oversee digital-led application processing and fulfillment Meet Cost of Acquisition (COA) targets and maintain team productivity Ensure compliance with all sales processes and norms Conduct regular field visits and team meetings for alignment and motivation Organize skip-level and one-on-one interactions with NFTEs Measures of SuccessAchievement of MOU goals Volume of new and premium account acquisitions Cross-sell of insurance products Adherence to COA and early attrition benchmarks Increase in digital sourcing and processing High lead conversion ratios Effective stakeholder coordination (WE, Ops, FCU, IT, Marketing) Positive VOC (Voice of Customer) from partners Timely resolution of complaints as per SLAs Full compliance with PSA-level sales guidelines QualificationsGraduate / Postgraduate (preferred) from a recognized institute Preferred Industry ExperienceBFSI Telecom FMCG / Consumer Durables Any retail sales domain Key CompetenciesSales Management Team Handling Relationship Management Analytical Thinking
