2. Staff Management: Oversee and supervise administrative personnel, including training and performance evaluations.
3. Policy Development and Implementation: Create, execute, and uphold administrative policies and procedures.
4. Communication: Promote clear communication within the organization, including coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, and distributing minutes.
5. Record Keeping: Keep accurate, current records such as employee files, contracts, and other essential documents.
6. Budgeting and Cost Control: Support budgeting and cost oversight, including managing administrative expenses and finding opportunities for cost savings.
7. Ensure adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and organizational policies.
8. Travel Management: Office travel coordination, enhancing travel bookings, vendor management, and travel planning.
9. Special Projects: Manage special projects assigned by senior management, such as office relocations, process improvements, and other initiatives.
10. Facilities Management: Supervise the maintenance and upkeep of office facilities, including cleaning, repairs, and renovations.
11. Supply Chain Management: Oversee the procurement and distribution of office supplies and equipment.
12. Equipment Maintenance: Make sure office equipment is properly maintained and serviced.
