Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Responding to tenants inquiries, concerns & maintenance requests.
  • Coordinate with Maintenance Staff and vendors to ensure all operational equipment

receive timely & high-quality repairs.

  • Conducting regular Preventive Maintenance activity, Property inspections to maintain

safety of all equipment.

  • Proper planning of all AMC services and working on with SLA & KPI.
  • Preparing Monthly financial reports, budgets & expense tracking.
  • Maintaining statutory documents & periodically renewal of it.
  • Training on all operational equipment for proper operational services & employees to

work as per SOP.

  • Working on with Hazardous identification & managing its risk, ensuring safety for

employees & operational equipment.

  • Coordinating with accounts team for vendor payments, e-bills of site and operations.
