Responsibilities Lead and supervise the boiler ducting team, providing guidance and support to ensure smooth operations Plan, coordinate, and execute maintenance activities for boiler ducting systems Monitor and inspect boiler ducting components for any signs of damage or deterioration Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulatory standards Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or malfunctions in the boiler ducting systems Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize boiler ducting performance Maintain documentation and records related to boiler ducting operations Conduct regular inspections and audits to assess system efficiency and identify areas for improvement Provide training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge Qualifications Minimum of 12-17 years of experience in the industry.
