Job Description

Responsibilities SFQP Sign off done during the KOM or within 2 Days of all the contractors before the start of work at site. SFQP sign off copy shared to QA HO team (CQA) after taking sign off from the contractors. Doing Field Inspection on same day of sharing RFI by contractors. Incoming materials inspection on time (Same day) and maintaining its records IMIR on time of the inspection. Inspection Protocols are maintaining and reviewing on same time of inspections. All the inspection protocols and Trackers are maintaining and uploading in Adani OneDrive on time. NC logs are maintaining in OneDrive & online portal and sharing DQR on daily basis by E-mail Monitoring for timely closure of Non Conformity reports on weekly basis and send reminders by the E-mail messages and personally to the contractor's concern/responsible engineers and raising Penalty as per approved Penalty SOP. Doing meeting with contractors on quarterly basis and it's briefly details are maintaining in MOM and circulated by mail. Training module preparing and training (OJT) giving to the Adani team and contractors as per the scheduled by Site Quality Head.site according to the received Non conformations and its main purpose of reduce the NC's and repetitive points. Audit Points ( Internal & External ) are closing within the target dates and trying to minimize the received points for next upcoming audits. Witnessing all tools calibrations on time. Review, maintaining and updating calibration summery sheet timely and share MIS on monthly by E-mail. Check all the related documents during clearing contractors RA Bill. Hold and Debit amount from the bill due to Non Conformance and its details are maintaining in QCC Summery sheet and share MIS on monthly by E-mail. Monthly analysis of repetitive NC's RCA and CAPA to implementing at site for it's corrective actions. Ensure effective UD clear on as on the standardization Input from stakeholder’s ( Vendor ) performance review every month Qualifications QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech); Diploma holders with strong experience may be considered. Certification in Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO 9001, ASQ CQE) is a plus. Experience 5–10 years of experience in civil QA/QC roles, with at least 2–3 years in the wind energy or renewable energy sector. Proven experience in managing quality for large-scale infrastructure or energy projects. Show more Show less
