Specific Responsibilities: - Pricing & product costing - Checking of BOM (Resources & Overheads) on periodically - Scrutinization of Item cost (all Operating Units) in monthly basis - Monitoring Inventory GL, COGS GL & Inventory provision GL regularly - Monitor & control Inventory - Track & highlight negative trends in inventory, scrap etc - Annual Budget preparation Opex & Capex, updation of budget as & when required - Tracking of MI/MR, samples write-off, inventory write-off on monthly basis - Updation of PL in Oracle - Compile & submit monthly MIS - Cost sheet updation with new items, Item cost revision & PL on quarterly basis. - Coordinate with NPD, Factory team & Sales team for product costing. Accountability: - Pricing & product costing & Financial reporting - MIS regarding Inventory, Material Purchase & COGS - Working capital Management - Budget preparation & Control.
