Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Housekeeper to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in housekeeping and hospitality, with excellent leadership and management skills.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Manage and supervise the housekeeping team to ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures to meet customer needs.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
  • Coordinate with other departments to resolve issues and improve overall service quality.
  • Train and mentor new staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities, inventories, and staff performance.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in housekeeping or hospitality, with at least 5 years of experience.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues and customers.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Familiarity with cleaning protocols and procedures, and the ability to develop and implement effective cleaning schedules.
