Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Deputy General Manager located in Pune. The Deputy General Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day hospital operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing staff and resources, and implementing strategic initiatives to improve patient care and operational efficiency. The role also involves budgeting, supervising administrative functions, and liaising with clinical departments to facilitate smooth organizational flow.
