Key Responsibilities

Quality Management

• Design and implement a robust Quality Management System to meet international standards and diverse customer requirements.
• Define and track KPIs, conducting regular audits across raw materials, production, and finished goods to drive continual improvement.
• Lead supplier development initiatives to enhance quality performance and reduce risk across the supply base.

Compliance & Sustainability

• Ensure adherence to global regulations and buyer compliance standards covering product safety, environmental management, and ethical sourcing.
• Champion sustainable manufacturing practices, aligning with recognized certifications and eco-friendly processes.

Training & Development

• Build organization-wide quality awareness through structured training and best-practice sharing.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration.

Risk Management

• Identify potential quality risks and implement preventive and corrective action plans.
• Drive root-cause analysis and maintain rigorous non-conformance management systems.

Leadership

• Provide strategic direction and mentorship to quality and audit teams, setting clear goals and monitoring performance.
• Promote a positive, inclusive work environment built on accountability, teamwork, and open communication.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in

  Textile Technology

  or related discipline.
• Minimum 12 years’ experience in

  quality management

  within the

  textile/apparel manufacturing sector

  , including at least

  5 years in a senior managerial

  role.
• Proven success implementing

  QA systems

  and driving measurable process improvements.
• Strong knowledge of global buyer compliance requirements and international quality standards.
• Experience in multinational operations and exposure to global markets preferred.
• Exceptional leadership, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
