Job Description Revenue Growth & P&L Ownership Drive sub-sector revenue and EBITDA targets through strategic acquisition and retention of key accounts. Lead Business Development Executives, aligning with Pre-Sales, BU Sales, and Post-Sales to ensure full-funnel ownership. Identify growth opportunities and lead closure of high-value deals across the sector. Strategic Sales Execution Own the end-to-end sales cycle—prospecting, solutioning, proposal development, negotiation, and closure. Develop and deploy sub-sector sales strategies, supported by robust pipeline governance and CRM utilization. Execute disciplined performance tracking with a focus on conversion, win ratios, and profitability. Client Engagement & Retention Build and sustain CXO-level relationships with key enterprise clients. Deliver tailored logistics solutions aligned with client-specific needs and long-term business goals. Lead Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews (MBRs/QBRs) to drive client satisfaction and account growth. Maintain >70% retention rate of enterprise accounts by revenue and profit contribution. Collaboration & Cross-BU Integration Drive integrated offerings by engaging with at least 2 Business Units (BUs) to deliver holistic automotive supply chain solutions. Ensure accurate commercial documentation, quote approvals, and pricing governance as per internal protocols. Collaborate with platforms like Trade Finance to offer value-added solutions for clients Customer Delight & Experience Management Lead initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction through regular feedback loops and customer surveys. Implement corrective actions based on survey insights and track improvements via a sector scorecard. Champion CRM adoption and effectiveness to ensure consistent customer engagement and reporting. Commercial Excellence & Reporting Lead contract negotiations with a focus on profitability and customer expectations. Track and report key sales KPIs, including pipeline status, win ratios, EBIT margins, and retention rates Market Development & Thought Leadership Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities within the CPG & Retail sector. Represent DP World at forums and industry events to elevate brand visibility and thought leadership. Provide actionable market intelligence to inform strategic decisions. Qualifications & Competencies Master’s degree in supply chain, Logistics, Business, or related field preferred. Minimum 10 years of experience in logistics with at least 8 years in Logistics Sales Strong commercial acumen with experience managing large P&Ls and sector portfolios. Hands-on experience with enterprise/strategic account development and cross-functional collaboration. Attributes: Attention to detail, execution-focused, persistent, and highly customer-centric. Strong understanding of at least some of the following: Contract Logistics, Cold Chain, Rail, Freight Forwarding, and Free Trade Warehouse Zones (FTWZ).
