Deputy General Manager- Head of Facility Management

As the Head of Facility Manager at ZF, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient management of facilities to support the operations of the company. Here's what you can look forward to in this role: - Work permits and maintain a high level of safety in operations. - Perform analysis and forecasting for efficient facility management operations. - Oversee security of buildings and grounds ensuring full compliance with corporate security standards. - Maintain compliance with all applicable legal regulations, statutory, and SEZ compliances. - Communicate promptly with vendors and suppliers, focusing on excellent vendor operations management. - Partner with internal stakeholders and strive to minimize costs while maintaining service quality. - Manage insurance plans, service contracts, financial, and non-financial records. - Drive operational and cost efficiencies while maintaining stock inventories and ordering timely. - Prepare Facility and admin processes, SOPs, and standards for the campus. - Ensure maintenance of Facility and Admin records, documentation, and annual budget planning. - Handle contract labor compliance, risk management, operations of company-owned fleet cars, and outsourced car services. - Implement quality standards (like ISO) for facilities management services, including quality audits and security audits. - Manage visitors" management and cafeteria operations effectively. Your profile as Head of Facility Manager should ideally include: - Bachelors in engineering (BE/BTECH- ECE/EEE/Mechanical). - Minimum 12-17 years of experience in leading Integrated facilities management for IT/ITES Tech center sites of MNC companies. - Proven experience in Facility Management, Office administration, and liaisoning across Tech Center Facility Management verticals. - Proficiency in managing corporate facility management operations, best practices, and General Administration functions. - Excellent organizational, stakeholder management, and leadership skills. - Relevant professional qualification (e.g., CFM) will be an added advantage. - Good Computer Skills in MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
