Job Description

Senior Manager Civil

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage civil construction works at site ensuring safety, quality, and timelines.
Prepare, monitor, and control project schedules (L4 to L2) using Primavera/MS Project.
Coordinate between site and head office for seamless execution of projects.
Manage project deliverables, budgets, cash flow, and resources effectively.
Oversee subcontractor management, BOQ verification, billing, and MIS reporting.
Ensure strict compliance with QA/QC standards and HSE guidelines.
Identify project risks, delays, and implement corrective measures.

Desired Candidate Profile

Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
13–16 years of experience in civil project execution and management.
Minimum 4–5 years of experience in
project management from head office
.
Strong knowledge of field execution, industrial/EPC projects, and team leadership.
Proficiency in Primavera / MS Project for project scheduling.
Excellent communication, leadership, and client coordination skills.
Experience in sectors - Thermal Power Plant, Oil & Gas, Industrial Plant
