Job Description

Job Title: Deputy Cluster Manager - Sales
Company Name: Axis Max Life Insurance Job Description: As a Deputy Cluster Manager - Sales at Axis Max Life Insurance, you will play a critical role in driving sales and managing the sales teams within your cluster. Your primary responsibility will be to support the Cluster Manager in achieving sales targets, developing sales strategies, and ensuring effective performance of the team. You will be expected to foster relationships with clients, identify new business opportunities, and enhance customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will provide coaching and mentorship to the sales staff, ensuring adherence to best practices and compliance with regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Cluster Manager in formulating and executing sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Oversee the daily operations of the sales team, ensuring high levels of performance and motivation.
  • Manage client relationships and ensure excellent customer service delivery.
  • Track sales performance and analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Conduct training sessions and performance evaluations for the sales team.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and align sales strategies with company goals.

Skills and Tools Required:
