Relationship Associate - Bancassurance

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with banking partners to enhance business opportunities.
• Collaborate with bank staff to provide training and support on our insurance products.
• Assist in identifying potential clients and strategize sales approaches to maximize revenue.
• Monitor sales performance and provide feedback to banking partners to optimize results.
• Attend regular meetings with banking partners to discuss updates, challenges, and opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in all sales activities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Previous experience in sales, preferably in the insurance or banking sector.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and partners.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and develop strategic business plans.
• Basic understanding of life insurance products and the banking industry.

• Proficiency in CRM software to track sales activities and manage client relationships.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and presentations.
• Experience with sales analytics and reporting tools to assess performance metrics.
