Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Rewa for a Deputy Area Sales Manager at Bajaj Finserv. The individual in this role will oversee sales operations, develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets, and manage a team to drive revenue growth. Responsibilities include overseeing client acquisition, strengthening relationships with customers and stakeholders, monitoring market trends, and implementing initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and product uptake.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for team management and stakeholder engagement
• Ability to analyze market trends and develop actionable insights
• Experience with problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution
• Proficiency in financial and business management principles
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a leadership role
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Understanding of financial products, insurance, and lending services is an advantage
