Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Deputy Area Sales Manager located in Varanasi. The Deputy Area Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing sales activities within the designated area. This includes setting sales targets, developing sales strategies, leading and training a team of sales professionals, and ensuring that sales goals are met. The role involves regular analysis of sales performance and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

Strong leadership and team management skills
Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to analyze and interpret sales data, market trends, and financial reports
Prior experience in the financial services sector is a plus
Proficiency in using sales management software and CRM tools
